About the Villa
Villa Ocotal is our resort-style private villa located in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. This all-inclusive 8-bedroom Villa offers the best in luxury amenities, and overlooks the Pacific Ocean as well as the black sand beaches of Playa Ocotal.
Perfect for large family gatherings, Villa Ocotal has everything you would need for a perfect getaway. Enjoy 3 chef-made meals every day as well as unlimited beverages, including alcoholic drinks if desired.
Ocotal’s private pool and balcony jacuzzi offer incredible views of beach, land, and stunning Costa Rican sunsets. All 8 bedrooms are air-conditioned, and we can accommodate up to 24 guests.

Deposits & Booking
For bookings made more than 9 months in advance
An initial deposit of 25% will hold your reservation. A second payment of 25% will be due 60 days later, and the final 50% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 9 months in advance
An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival at the Villa.

Cancellations & Refund Policies
For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival:
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on cancellations this close to your stay. However, we can forward your deposit toward a future stay. We will provide a voucher for 100% of your deposit to be credited toward rebooking. Must be used within 18 months.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival:
Your choice of a partial refund OR a full value voucher. Opting for a partial refund will return 75% of your deposit, to be refunded by check or wire transfer (please allow 1-2 weeks for processing). Opting for the voucher will credit 100% of your deposit toward a future stay. Must be used within 18 months.
Please note:
These options only apply to complete cancellations. We cannot offer refunds or credit for individual guests who cannot attend. Your booking will be for the full amount regardless of final guests in attendance, so please plan accordingly.
